Fertigation System

Chemical Injectors / Ventury are typically installed in drip irrigation system in order to facilitate system maintenance with chlorine or acid, and also to supply nutrients or other liquid substances to the plants being irrigated. Whatever type of injector chosen, extreme care should be taken to ensure that the system includes proper safety and backflow prevention devices.

Fertilizer Tank

The tank is provided with in-out air valve connections and drain fitment arrangement .The tank is Hot Dip Galvanized or Powder Coated as desired.

  • Mild steel construction.
  • Coated with more than 70 micron thick deep blue colored epoxy powder from both inside and outside surface for protection against corrosion and weather effects.
  • Turbulent inlet ensures thorough mixing of chemicals and / or fertilizers.
  • Separate valves are provided on the inlet & outlet to control the injection rate.
  • High pressure hose assembly inlet / outlet connection.
  • Wide 8” opening for easy pouring of stock solution.
  • Drain port to flush the tank.

Air release valve Plastic

Air Release Valve is used at high pressure areas where the flow needs to be controlled. It is highly appreciated for its efficient performance and durability. It allows air to escape when filling the pipe. It allows air to enter when emptying the pipe (preventing pipe collapse). Continuous automatic control, eliminating accumulated air, even when the system is under pressure. The Air release valve shall be capable of both releasing and admitting air from and into the line.
